Where are we?

Coed Cae B&B is in the village of Taicynhaeaf, and is easy to find being located just up the hillside from the road junction formed by the A496 Dolgellau to Barmouth Road and the road which goes over the toll-bridge to Penmaenpool.

From the B&B It is a short stroll across the toll bridge to the nearest pub at Penmaenpool, around 6 km from the market town of Dolgellau, and about 10 km from Barmouth. The popular mountain bike destination of Coed y Brenin is about 11 km from the B&B.
